License

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use Moosti tools for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not sublicense, sell, rent, or otherwise transfer this license to any third party.

Use at your own risk

Moosti tools are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. While we strive for correctness and reliability, you are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them for important work.

No accounts, no uploads

You don't create an account to use Moosti, and your files are not transmitted to our servers. Anything that breaks in your browser is your local environment.

Acceptable use

Don't use Moosti for anything illegal. Don't attempt to abuse the infrastructure (e.g. automated scraping that degrades the service for others). You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the service.

Intellectual property

All content, design, and code on this site — except for third-party libraries licensed separately — are the property of Moosti and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part without our express written permission.

User suggestions

Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you provide about Moosti become the sole property of Moosti. We are under no obligation to keep such submissions confidential or to compensate you for them.

Service modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Moosti at any time without notice or liability. We may also update these Terms at any time; changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

Third-party services

Moosti may link to or embed third-party services (such as analytics or advertising). We are not responsible for the content, practices, or reliability of those third parties.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moosti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for free tools, is zero).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Moosti harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Copyright / DMCA

If you believe content on Moosti infringes your copyright, please send a notice to [email protected] with: a description of the copyrighted work, the URL of the allegedly infringing content, your contact information, and a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized. We will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices promptly.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules.
